Regional Life Enrichment Leader

Position Summary:

The Life Enrichment Regional serves as a key operational and field support partner to the VP leadership, community teams, and interdisciplinary leaders. This role is responsible for driving excellence in Life Enrichment execution, supporting community operations, developing team members, ensuring process consistency, and advancing strategic initiatives across multiple communities. The Regional acts as supports leader, drives financial and operational performance, and ensures consistent execution of resident experience standards across multiple communities. while helping communities deliver exceptional resident experiences aligned with company standards and business goals.

Required Experience for Life Enrichment Regional:

  • Multi-site leadership experience in Life Enrichment, senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or related operations.
  • Strong financial acumen with budgeting and payroll management experience.
  • Proven leadership in coaching, hiring, and team development.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly and support multiple communities.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated commitment to culture, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities for Life Enrichment Regional:

  • Lead and support assigned Operations Specialists in performance management, development, scheduling, reporting, and accountability while maintaining alignment through weekly check-ins and strategic direction.
  • Manage regional expenses, payroll, budgets, and annual planning processes using financial tools, while creating action plans for communities needing budget support.
  • Oversee Excellence Reviews across the region, ensure communities achieve quality benchmarks, and implement improvement plans for underperforming locations.
  • Serve as an advanced Life Enrichment expert who coaches, hires, onboards, and develops leaders while improving retention and strengthening district performance.
  • Maintain strong communication with Executive Directors, Regional Directors of Operations, district leaders, and community teams through timely responses, monthly reporting, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Lead special projects, cross-functional initiatives, committee work, and service collaborations that advance business goals and expand Life Enrichment visibility.
  • Guide new property transitions, vacancy coverage plans, vendor partnerships, and community support strategies to ensure continuity and successful operations.
  • Participate in CapEx planning, shuttle program oversight, and furniture/fixture/equipment support for new builds from start to finish.
  • Maintain expertise in company SOPs, update standards as needed, and identify or create learning materials to improve onboarding and process rollouts.
  • Coordinate and lead Life Enrichment meetings, trainings, district meetings, and collaborative calls while actively contributing ideas and driving results.
  • Adhere to and uphold all standards in the Employee Handbook.

General Working Conditions:

This position entails standing for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
