Position Summary:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the communication, planning, tracking, and coordination of all activities of assigned projects.

Required Experience for Project Coordinator:

  • 0-1 years of project management experience
  • Experience with Excel and/or Smartsheet preferred.
  • Develop & manage functional playbooks, reports, and dashboards alongside leader.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and complete assignments accurately; can work independently and in a team environment and manage time effectively.
  • Must exhibit a high degree of initiative, good judgment, and professional ethics.
  • Must be highly organized, able to prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities for Project Coordinator:

  • Intake projects from multiple parties
  • Manage multiple timelines, projects, resources, and budgets
  • Explore opportunities to add value to the business and their organizational goals
  • Promotes the organization in a positive manner and sets the example for organizational standards for excellence.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned or needed, including coverage when needed for lead project manager

Other Key Responsibilities for Project Coordinator:

  • Leads to and supports our 1440 culture and pillars
  • Provides operational support
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships
  • Completes appropriate paperwork and recommends improvements and more efficient ways of operating
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

General Working Conditions:
This position entails standing for long periods of time while in working sessions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Travel is required.
